Crumble ground beef in a large skillet and cook on medium high until browned. Drain off excess fat. In a medium bowl combine ground beef, refried beans, tomato sauce, crushed tortilla chips and enchilada sauce. Pour into a casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 325°F for 20 minutes. Spread sour cream on top. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and tortilla chips. Bake for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
