Brown ground beef in skillet. Add chopped green pepper and onion. Cook until tender. Add salt and pepper. Stir in pork and beans. Cut tops off green peppers and remove seeds and membrane. Spoon pork and bean mixture into peppers. Place peppers in baking dish and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
*This can also be made without stuffing the peppers. After adding pork and beans to skillet, cover and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes.
