Fill a large pot half way with water and bring to a boil on high heat. Add shells and lower heat to medium high. Cook for 15 minutes. Drain and place in cold water until ready to stuff. Mix together parmesan cheese, cottage cheese and 1 cup mozzarella cheese. Stir in parsley. Stuff cheese mixture into center of shells. Place in greased baking dish. Pour spaghetti sauce over shells. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
