Serves: 4
* Strain chicken broth in which chicken was cooked. Place 4 cups of the broth in a medium saucepan. In a small jar with a lid, mix 1 cup cold water and 1/2 cup all-purpose flour cover and shake well. Stir flour mixture into brothin saucepan. Cook and stir over medium heat until thick and smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve with Stewed Chicken and Dumplings (see above).
