Foolproof Chocolate Melting

When I need to melt chocolate by microwaving it, I put it in a microwave-safe bowl and set my microwave for 10 minutes - yes, 10 minutes - but I do not put it on 50% power; I put it on 10% power. That way, it is warmed up very slowly and in over 10 years, I have never burned my chocolate. -Ann M.
