Mix together seasoned salt, seasoned pepper, cilantro, and cumin. Sprinkle seasonings over chicken cutlets and dip in bread crumbs. Pour oil into a large skillet and brown chicken. Remove to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. In a saucepan, melt margarine; blend in flour and seasoning. Add milk, and stirring constantly, cook until thickened. Remove from heat and stir in wine. Pour sauce over chicken and bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle cheese on top of each piece of chicken; return to oven for 5 minutes.
