Place 6 ladyfinger halves in a flat casserole dish. In a small bowl, stir 1?2 teaspoon orange extract with coffee beans, water, and strong coffee. Brush onto ladyfinger halves. In a separate bowl, place mascarpone, 1?2 cup powdered sugar, salt, 1 teaspoon orange extract, and 2 ounces chocolate and mix well. Fold 2?3 of the whipped cream into mixture. Spoon 1?3 cheese mixture over ladyfingers. Add a layer of ladyfingers, brush with coffee mixture, and spoon on 1?3 cheese mixture. Repeat. Top with last 6 halves. Brush with coffee mixture
Mix remaining whipped cream and 2 tablespoons powdered sugar together. Spread on top layer. Sprinkle remaining chocolate on whipped cream. Refrigerate 2 hours before serving.
