One-Pan Potatoes and Chicken

Ingredients

2 tablespoons vegetable oil
8 medium red potatoes, thinly sliced
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast half, cut into thin strips
1 medium red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
1 teaspoon garlic salt

Directions:

Heat oil in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add potatoes, chicken and bell pepper to skillet. Sprinkle with garlic salt. Cook 15 to 20 minutes, stirring frequently, until chicken is no longer pink in center and potatoes are tender.
