Season both sides of turkey slices with salt and pepper. Place slices on flat surface. Place 2 red pepper strips and one green onion piece across center of slice. Tightly roll turkey slice around peppers and onion, fasten with wooden pick.
Heat oil in 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add turkey rolls to skillet and brown all sides of roll, about 2 minutes.
Add sauce and bring to a boil, cover, and reduce heat to medium. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until turkey is no longer pink, turning once.

Betty's Tip
The sauté sauce for chicken is a marinade type of sauce and may be located in one of several areas of the supermarket. Try looking in the condiment section or in a section that displays marinades and sauces for grilling or frying. If you can't find this particular flavor, pick one that sounds good to you it should work just fine.
