Pound steak with a mallet. Season with garlic, salt and pepper, a few drops of lemon juice and part of chopped parsley and let sit for one hour.
Dip in bread crumbs and beat again with mallet. Dip in beaten egg and sprinkle with salt and re-dip in bread crumbs and let sit until nearly ready to serve.
Fry in hot fat, drain on a paper towel and serve with rounds of lemon, sprinkled with parsley.
Serve with thick cut fried potatoes and fried bananas.
