Ingredients

2 tablespoons pork roast drippings
1 cup cassava meal or coarsely ground bread crumbs
1/4 cup chopped pork roast
1/4 cup chopped green olives
1/4 cup chopped boiled egg

Directions:

This is incredible with a pork roast.

Heat pan and add cassava meal to drippings. When browned add chopped roast, add olives and boiled egg.
