Onions Brazilian Style (Molho de cebolas)


Serves: 5
Total Calories: 4

Ingredients

onion
cooking oil
vinegar
salt and pepper

Directions:

Thinly slice a bowl of onions and separate into rounds. Pour boiling water to cover the onions. Cover the onions and let cool.

Drain the water and add oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Refrigerate.

Delicious with meat.
