Place cheese in the bottom of a greased 9" x 9" baking dish. Sprinkle sausage over the cheese. Combine eggs, baking mix and milk. Pour over sausage mixture. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes or until golden brown. Cut into bite-size squares.
