Combine sugar, salt, chili powder and cumin in a small mixing bowl set aside. Place potato slices on a lightly greased baking sheet. Sprinkle lightly with half of sugar mixture. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes turn slices over and sprinkle with remaining sugar mixture. Bake an additional 15 minutes. Remove from oven and place on wire rack to cool.
