Coconut-Lime Macaroons

Ingredients

3 egg whites, beaten
3 cups sweetened flaked coconut
1/4 cup sugar
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/4 cup lime juice
1 tablespoon lime zest
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients thoroughly. Form into one-inch balls and place 1/2 inch apart on lightly greased baking sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes, until edges are lightly golden.
