In a small bowl, combine raisins, eggs and vanilla. Cover with plastic wrap and let stand one hour. In a large bowl, combine margarine, butter and sugars. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, salt, baking soda and cinnamon. Add flour mixture to margarine mixture; mix until well blended. Stir in raisin mixture, oats and pecans. Dough will be stiff. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
