Have all ingredients at room temperature. Place egg yolks, lemon juice, mustard, salt and hot pepper sauce in a blender container or food processor bowl cover. Blend or process until uniform. Add oil by drops until sauce begins to thicken, then slowly pour remaining oil into mixture while machine is running. Taste and adjust for seasonings. Cover and chill.
