Chinese Tuna Salad

Ingredients

1 (7-ounce) package petite peas
1/2 cup radish sliced
1 (7 1/2-ounce) can tuna albacore, drained and flaked
1 cup celery thinly sliced
1/2 cup blue cheese dressing
1 tablespoon lemon juice fresh
1 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 cup chow mein noodles

Directions:

Cook snow peas according to package instructions drain, cool, and slice in half. Combine with radishes, tuna, celery, dressing, lemon juice, and soy sauce. Chill thoroughly. To serve add chow mein noodles toss to mix.
