Serves: 12
Grease twelve muffin-pan cups. Divide dough into thirty-six portions form into balls, pulling edges under and sealing. Place three balls, smooth-side up, in each muffin cup. Cover and let rise in a warm place, free from drafts, until doubled, about 50 to 60 minutes.
Bake in a preheated 400° oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Brush with butter or margarine if desired. Serve hot.
