Spread nuts in the bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Arrange rolls over nuts. Sprinkle with brown sugar, pudding mix and butter or margarine. Cover with plastic wrap and thaw overnight in the refrigerator. Let rise at room temperature until doubled, about 1 1/2 hours.
Uncover and bake in a preheated 350° oven for 35 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool for 2 to 3 minutes before removing from pan. Turn out onto a wire rack over a sheet of waxed paper.
