In a large bowl, sprinkle apple with lemon juice. Stir in celery, raisins and green onions. Break up tuna and gently stir into apple mixture.
In a small bowl, stir mayonnaise, yogurt, mustard, curry powder and salt until blended. Gently stir into tuna mixture until coated. Cover and chill for 1 hour.
Just before serving, line salad plates with leaf lettuce. Stir almonds into tuna mixture and spoon onto lettuce. Surround with mandarin oranges.
