Hot Chicken Salad

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups chicken breasts, cooked and diced
1 1/2 cups celery sliced
3/4 cup dried bread cube, toasted
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup almonds slivered, toasted
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons onions grated
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon chili powder
1/3 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes, crushed

Directions:

Combine all ingredients except cheese. Pile lightly into 4 individual ramekins or 1-quart baking dish. Sprinkle with grated cheese and parsley. Bake at 450 degrees F. for 10 to 15 minutes or until bubbling hot.
