In 2-quart casserole, layer dressing and leftover turkey. In saucepan melt butter or margarine, stir in flour add broth (turkey broth may be substituted), milk, and salt cook and stir until thick and smooth. Add a little hot mixture to beaten egg, stirring stir egg mixture back into heated sauce. Pour over casserole. In small bowl, mix bread crumbs and melted butter (or margarine). Sprinkle buttered crumbs evenly over top. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 30 to 40 minutes or until bubbly hot.
