1 cup sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
1 teaspoon instant coffee
1/2 cup whipped cream
1/4 cup butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa and coffee powders; add cream and butter. Stirring over medium-high heat, cook until butter melts. Continue cooking, stirring constantly, for 6 to 8 minutes or until mixture is smooth and glossy. Remove from heat.
Stir in vanilla until blended. Serve warm over Hot Fudge Pie or ice cream. Cover and refrigerate leftovers. Reheat before serving.
