Thread meat, pineapple, green pepper cut into 3/4-inch cubes, and cheese (Swiss, Monterey Jack, or other hard cheese may be substituted, cut in 1 inch cubes) alternately onto wooden skewers or round toothpicks. Serve with bread and butter sandwiches.
