Quick Old-Fashioned Corn Relish

Ingredients

1 1/4 cups white vinegar
3/4 cup sugar
2 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 1/4 teaspoons celery seeds
3/4 teaspoon mustard seeds
1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
4 (1-pound) cans corn whole kernel corn, drained
6 tablespoons green bell peppers chopped
4 tablespoons pimiento chopped
4 tablespoons green onions minced or white onion

Directions:

Combine first 6 ingredients in large saucepan and bring to boil. Simmer for 5 minutes, remove from heat and cool. Add remaining ingredients and blend lightly. Chill

Note: This will keep in refrigerator indefinitely and flavor improves with standing.
