In a small bowl stir together strawberries and brown sugar let stand until brown sugar dissolves.
Place crepes on individual dessert plates. Spoon strawberries on crepes. Top each with 2 tablespoons whipped cream or sour cream fold over. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and top with remaining whipped cream or sour cream.
* Two medium bananas, sliced, can be used in place of the strawberries.
