A helthier variety of hamburgers
1 pound ground beef
1 carrot large, shredded
1/2 onion medium (chopped) or celery (chopped)
1/4 cup wheat germ or oatmeal
2 cloves garlic
2 teaspoons oregano
2 teaspoons cumin
2 eggs
1/8 cup red wine vinegar
1 beef bouillon
10 hamburger buns
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Divide hamburger, mix into 10 patties. Grill over an outdoor barbecue or broil in your oven or in a try pan until thoroughly cooked.
