Brown Derby's Cobb Salad Dressing

Ingredients

1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup water
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1 small clove garlic, finely minced
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
3/4 teaspoon Worcestershire
2 teaspoons salt
3/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon dry English mustard
1/4 cup olive oil
3/4 cup salad oil

Directions:

Blend or process all ingredients except oils. Blend in oils. Just before drizzling on salads, blend again.
