Classic Cobb Salad

Ingredients

1 head iceberg lettuce, shredded
3 cups chopped, cooked chicken
3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
2 tomatoes, seeded, chopped
3/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled
8 slices bacon, cooked, crumbled
1 avocado, peeled, pitted, cut in small pieces
3 green onions, chopped
1 (8-ounce) bottle vinaigrette or ranch dressing

Directions:

Make beds of shredded lettuce on 8 salad plates. On each plate, arrange chicken, eggs, tomatoes, blue cheese, bacon, avocado, and green onions in rows on top of the lettuce. Drizzle with dressing.
