Strawberry Dressing:
Blend all ingredients and set aside.
Salad:
Cook chicken breast over medium-high heat in skillet 15–20 minutes, turning once, until juice of chicken is clear when cut in thickest part. Remove chicken; slice thinly in strips. Pour dressing in same skillet but do not heat; stir to loosen any pan drippings. Arrange spinach on 4 or 5 plates. Top with chicken, strawberries, and feta. Drizzle with dressing; sprinkle with pecans.
