Rainbow Melon Salad

Ingredients

Salad:
2/3 head Romaine lettuce, torn (about 8 cups)
1 cup cubed cantaloupe
1 cup cubed honeydew melon
1 cup halved strawberries

Rainbow Vinaigrette:
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1/4 cup orange juice
2 green onions, chopped
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup oil
2 teaspoons poppy seeds

Directions:

Salad:
Combine all ingredients in large serving bowl; toss to mix. Pour Rainbow Vinaigrette over and toss to coat.

Rainbow Vinaigrette:
Combine vinegar, orange juice, onions, sugar, and salt in food processor. With machine running, slowly add oil, blending until smooth. Add poppyseed; blend a few seconds to mix.
