Short-Cut Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients

4 (14 1/2-ounce) cans chicken broth
1 (14-ounce) can sliced carrots, drained
1 (12-ounce) package frozen seasoning blend (chopped onion, celery, pepper)
2 cups cut-up cooked chicken
1 cup uncooked medium noodles

Directions:

Bring to a boil the broth, carrots, and seasoning blend in 4-quart dutch oven. Cover and simmer about 15 minutes. Stir in chicken and noodles. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer uncovered 7–10 minutes or until noodles are tender. Sprinkle with parsley for garnish, if desired.
