Traditional Club Sandwich

Ingredients

3 slices bread, toasted
3 tablespoons mayonnaise or honey mustard
3 slices turkey, ham, or roast beef
1 slice Chedder or Swiss cheese (optional)
2 slices bacon, crisp-cooked
2 leaves lettuce
2 - 3 slices tomato
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Spread mayonnaise on 2 slices of toast; add turkey and cheese to one and cover with other, mayo side down. Spread mayo on this top slice, then add remaining ingredients. Add third mayo-ed toast slice and press slightly.Cut into triangles and adhere with cocktail picks.
