In food processor, mix lemon juice, mustard, olive oil, 2 tablespoons green onions, sugar, and garlic salt till smooth; set aside. Process cream cheese and avocado till smooth. With machine still running, add lemon juice mixture very slowly to cream cheese mixture, and blend till smooth. Garnish with parsley and remaining green onions. Offer fresh veggies, tortilla chips, crisp bagel chips, or Ritz Chips for dipping.
Fun Fact: Carl G. Sontheimer developed the Cuisinart food processor from an industrial blender he had seen at a food show in 1971. His final product came out in 1973.
