Serves: 5
Yield: 1 cup
Mix cream cheese, yogurt, ginger, and cinnamon till smooth. Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour. Serve with fresh fruit.
Fun Fact: The aroma of something cooking is so welcoming—a cake baking, a turkey roasting, onions sautéing . . . mmmm. But if nothing is cooking to create this inviting feeling, put a small pot of potpourri on to simmer. Just add some cloves and cinnamon sticks to boiling water (powdered spices work as well), and let its pleasing aroma waft gently around your home. It’s a definite plus.
