Cowboy Popcorn

Ingredients

2 1/2 quarts popped popcorn
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 tablespoons ranch salad dressing mix
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes

Directions:

Pour popcorn into ungreased 9x13-inch baking pan. Mix remaining ingredients; pour over popcorn; toss to coat. Bake uncovered at 350° for 10 minutes uncovered. Toss again. Serve warm.
