Heat oil and seasoning in skillet over medium heat; add peanuts. Stir about 2 minutes to coat evenly. Cool slightly; pour into serving dish or jar. Store tightly covered up to 3 weeks.
Editor's Extra: You can add a tad of red pepper, but better have plenty of cold beer.
Fun Fact: Some people may not want to reach their fingers into a bowl of nuts or candies. Try putting them in wine glasses for guests to pour out into their hands. Or serve nuts with a small scoop, and have foil mini-cupcake liners along-side for individual servings.
