Stir first 5 ingredients together in bowl until coffee dissolves. Pour into 2 ice-cube trays. Freeze to harden. Transfer frozen coffee cubes to zipper freezer bag.
For 2–3 servings, place 4 coffee cubes, 1 1/3 cups milk, and 8 water ice cubes in blender. Blend on high 20 seconds or till slightly slushy. Pour into glass. Top with a dollop of whipped cream and a dash of ground cinnamon, if desired.
Fun Fact: Keeping canned and bottled drinks iced down for a party can be solved by using your top-loading washing machine—if it’s near the kitchen. Fill it 2/3 full of ice, and put drinks in. After the party, remove drinks, let ice melt, and run the last rinse cycle.
