Follow the White Sandwich Bread recipe as directed, but add the brown sugar and honey to the dough when you add the eggs. Beat on high for 5 minutes.
To form the rolls, grease 2 regular cookie sheets with non-stick cooking spray. With a cookie scoop or tablespoon, spoon four tablespoons dough into a pile. Wet tips of fingers and smooth the top of the dough. Continue until all bread batter is gone.
Preheat oven to 375°F. Let rise 20 minutes in a warm spot. Bake for 25 minutes. While still hot place a teaspoon butter on top of each roll and let it melt.
This slightly sweeter version of our bread may also be baked in bread pans. Just follow the baking directions for the White Sandwich Bread.
