Combine all ingredients except walnuts and crackers, setting aside 1/4 cup chopped beef. Blend well and form into a ball. Mix nuts and reserved beef; roll cheese ball in mixture to coat. Wrap in plastic wrap; chill 3 to 4 hours. Serve with crackers.
