Oil shallow baking dish; place trout in dish; season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice (sprinkle outside and rub inside cavity). Cover trout with sliced tomatoes, then cover tomatoes with sliced onions. Sprinkle with chopped parsley. Pour wine and chicken broth over all. Bake uncovered 30 minutes at 400°. Garnish with lemon slices and parsley. Serve with brown rice.
