Eden Shale's Cheesecake

Ingredients

Crust:
6 tablespoons butter
8 double graham crackers, crushed
3 tablespoons sugar

Chocolate Filling:
1 cup butter
3 ounces unsweetened chocolate
2 cups light brown sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons flour
4 eggs
4 teaspoons milk
2 teaspoons vanilla

Cream Cheese Filling:
3 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese
1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla

Topping:
2 cups sour cream
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:

Crust:
Melt butter. Add crushed graham crackers and sugar. Press into bottom and sides of a 10-inch springform pan. Set aside.

Chocolate Filling:
Melt butter with chocolate. Remove from heat. Add brown sugar, granulated sugar and flour. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Add milk and vanilla. Pour into prepared crust.

Cream Cheese Filling:
Cream cream cheese with granulated sugar and salt until fluffy. Add eggs separately. Add vanilla. Layer over chocolate mixture; do not stir or mix layers. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Check every 5 minutes thereafter until center is soft set. Allow to rest for 15 minutes.

Topping:
Combine sour cream, granulated sugar and vanilla. Spread over top of cake. Return to oven for 10 minutes. Allow to cool for 1 hour, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Freezes well. Simply divine!
