Praline Cheesecake

Ingredients

24 ounces cream cheese
2 cups brown sugar
3 eggs
2 tablespoons flour
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 cup pecans

Crust:
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
3 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons butter

Directions:

Combine cream cheese and brown sugar in mixer; when thoroughly mixed, add everything else. Mix crust ingredients and press into 10-inch springform pan. Pour filling into crust. Bake at 350° 35-40 minutes.

Editor's Extra:
Most cheesecake recipes halve quite nicely. There’s a small (6 1/2-inch) springform pan available, but a round cake pan works just as well—bake it for a shorter period of time.
