Pistachio Delight

Ingredients

Crust:
1 cup flour
1 stick margarine
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cup nuts

Cream:
2/3 cup sugar
1 (8-ounce) package soft cream cheese
1 (8-ounce) carton Cool Whip
2 small packages instant pistachio pudding
1 1/2 cups cold milk

Directions:

Crust:
Cut in as pie crust and pat in 9x13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Cool.

Cream:
Cream sugar and cream cheese well and fold in 1/2 container of Cool Whip. Put on crust. Beat instant pudding and milk until thick; spread over cream cheese. Top with rest of Cool Whip. Sprinkle with nuts and cherries, if desired.
