Heat the oven to 425°F.
Pour the condensed milk into a pie pan and cover with foil, crimping any overlap tightly around the edges of the pan, and place in a larger pan of water. Bake until the milk turns a golden brown, about 1 hour. Remove the pie pan from its water bath and mix the milk with a whisk until smooth. Add the juice and stir until fully incorporated. Serve warm or at room temperature. Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
