Apricot Balls


Serves: 24

Ingredients

2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
2 cups flaked coconut
1 cup dried apricot, chopped
1/8 teaspoon salt

Directions:

Combine ingredients in a large mixing bowl mix well. Shape into one-inch balls place on a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees until golden, about 12 to 15 minutes.

TIP: No sweetened condensed milk on hand? It's easy to make it at home and it's ready in no time! Stir 2 cups instant powdered milk with 1 cup sugar and 1/2 cup hot water.
