1. Place the boiling water in a cup, and add the tea bags. Allow them to steep for 2 minutes. Then squeeze the excess water from the bags and allow them to cool until comfortable to the touch.
2. Place the olive oil in a small saucepan, and heat until slightly warm but still comfortable to the touch. Do not allow the oil to get hot.
3. To use, gently pat the oil around your eyes and on your eyelids. Then lie down with your feet elevated and place the tea bags over your eyes, pressing gently to shape them to the eye area. Allow them to remain in place for 10 minutes.
4. Remove the tea bags, and pat the area with a clean tissue to remove the excess oil.
