Drain pears and dice save juice. Heat pear juice with lime gelatin stir until dissolved. Add cream cheese and beat into gelatin until smooth. Add whipped cream. Place diced pears in mold. Pour gelatin mixture over and chill until set. Unmold on lettuce leaves.
