Arrange pork chops without overlapping on a large sheet of aluminum foil. Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir flour into barbecue sauce; spoon over pork chops. Arrange onion slices over top. Toss together potatoes, oil and chili powder; arrange in an even layer over onion slices. Seal foil package tightly. Place on grill; cover and cook over medium-high heat for 25 to 30 minutes. Open carefully, allowing hot steam to escape.
Tip: Hosting a backyard gathering? Fill a child’s little red wagon with ice and tuck in bottles of soda and lemonade. Use colorful ribbon to tie a bottle opener to the handle so it stays near the drinks.
